When you order embroidery of a new design (one that has never been stitched before), it must be digitized. Digitizing is the process by which we translate a logo from an art file format (.gif, .jpg, .bmp, .eps, .ai, .cdr, etc.) into stitch, outline, and fill instructions our embroidery machines can understand. While computer based tools are helpful, this is much more difficult than it looks; skill and experience really do make a difference! Trust the experts at Sundance to do your artwork justice!
This is a "stitch-out." You will be presented (electronically) a proof such as this one for your approval before work begins on any merchandise.
Step 2: Hoop It
Each article must be "hooped" in order to be embroidered by the machines.
Step 3: Stitch It
These amazing machines can stitch the same design on up to 12 items at once!
Step 4: Clip It
We inspect each item carefully. Once the embroidery backing material is trimmed and all loose threads are clipped, the finished product is ready for delivery.
